Hello forum,

our new Dyson V15s is basically great, but it always seems to change its power level when vacuuming on hard surfaces - it gets louder briefly, then back to normal.

I have these changes with all nozzles on tiles, laminate and during the test also on a mattress.

Is this normal? I find it very annoying.
