I purchased a brand new v10 not even 6 months ago and it got battery issue. Been like this for almost a month. Tried contacting Dyson support almost every 2-3 days for almost a month now since having this issue and every time I have to go through troubleshooting (told I need a battery replacement) and other stuff and after around an hour or more I am told to wait 24-48 hours for an update. I am always going to circle. Not sure what to do now. I only need a replacement battery and my machine is still in warranty.
I found a reddit post saying that I should complaint here (other people having same issues/type of with support) and many told to ask for help here. Not sure if this will change anything
I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE SEEING THIS TOPIC NOT TO PURCHASE DYSON PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU HAVE UNLIMITED MONEY TO GET REPLACEMENT PARTS/NEW MACHINE AS THEY HAVE ONE OF THE WORST SUPPORT I HAVE SEEN SO FAR IN MY LIFE
