Recently my V10 bin release has stuck. The red lever to slide the bin forward is getting stuck so it cannot be moved. However, I believe I have found the answer to this issue and others may want to know this.
When closing the bin (after emptying) if you push the bin back first and THEN close the lid, the red lever will jam!
You must close the lid AS YOU PUSH the bin back, then it works as it should!
I’m not sure that Dyson makes it clear that you MUST push the lid closed AS YOU SLIDE the bin back into position. Never close the lid first!
