I have been freaking contacting for 2 weeks. Contacted 3-4 times so far and every freaking time after 1-2 hours of troubleshooting I am told to wait 24-48 hours and this time was told 72 business hours
Do you guys think I am a fool or what? serial not found? need to verify proof of purchase?
Machine is not powering on. According to troubleshooting I need a battery replacement. But every time I contact they start a new ask for serial, proof of purchase, serial picture, troubleshooting (all time wastage) and after 1-2 hours of chat I am told to wait 24-72 hours (simply told to [Moderation edit - profanity removed] in easy language)
my brother said to just contact my lawyer and file a case against Dyson but don’t want to do this.
not sure what to do now
if I am not helped out before this weekend will probably contact my lawyer
