We’ve had the vacuum for 3-4 years and never had a problem. Recently the trigger became touchy. You had to hold it just the right way or squeeze it really hard to get the vacuum to work. Even then it will only work for a few minutes The lights show it is fully charged and the filter is clean so I tend to think it isn’t a battery issue. We have a Bernese Mtn Dog with a ton of fur around the house and i love this vacuum and I’m hoping I can fix it myself. The machines are so expensive and the repairs add up fast. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
