Had our V11 from new and never had any charging issue with it. But a few days ago I used it for only a few seconds and noticed that it was on 75% battery despite having been on the charger for days.

Now, I realise it is only charging to 75% and no higher.

Is this normal behaviour and just means the battery is aging?  Or does it need some kind of reset?
