I have had the v12 detect slim absolute less than 2 weeks and rubber bits have been falling from the carpet attachment.
I contacted customer support and they asked me to video call to which I declined, they also told me the part is out of stock. I expressed my disappointment in a faulty attachment in under 2 weeks is not acceptable and I was just told to wait until the stock came in and to call them again soon, with no reference number to quote when calling back.
I then had my partner call them and ask for a complaints email and they gave a false email address which was nModeration edit - email removed]
I tried to email and my email was undelivered as the address doesn’t not exist. How disappointing that such a big company has no care for their customers and do not have a customer support email when they’re products fail after 2 weeks. Appalling!
