V12 - Red rubber inner ring in the bin get stuck whenever i emptied it.

Hello,

How do I fix this problem where the red rubber ring part of the bin always gets stuck when I try to empty the bin?

I regularly maintain my vaccum cleaner every 1-2 months and recently found this issue occurred.
