I purchased two v15s last year (2023). When I reported the issue of cannister filling at top only to Dyson a couple of months ago, with a photo, the agent immediately diagnosed loose suction and sent me a replacement bin. Last week I noticed the same thing happening to my other v15. However yesterday the Dyson agent said there was nothing wrong with the bin and wouldn’t replace it. She wanted me to bring it to a Dyson dealer. I don’t have time to drive 40 mins to the nearest dealer (2x - drop-off and pick-up) for an issue that has already been diagnosed BY DYSON.
I’ve completed all the trouble-shooting and cleaning. How can I simply get a replacement bin for my still-under-warranty machine?
