Our Dyson v15 appeared to have a battery issue (would not charge at all), so contacted Dyson and they arranged a repair.
Received it back yesterday. Plus had an email that stated :
Engineer notes: Problem: Pick up issues Cause: Battery damaged Action: Parts replaced and tested **Please fully charge before use**
I put it on to charge yesterday afternoon. It has now been well over 24hrs and the battery charge percentage indicator has only got to 75%
Is this normal?
Seems a very long time!
It is going up, which I guess is a good thing - but I fear this is an indication something is still amis...
