There was a problem with the vacuum cleaner pipe of my V15 device that I purchased from Dyson Turkey. I talked to the customer representative in March and was told that parts would be supplied. As of July, I have not received the part and they do not give any information about when it will be obtained. Have any of you experienced this problem?
