I have tried customer services on multiple occasions for this and they’re always telling us there is an obstruction, when we know there isn’t!
The machine works fine with no attachment, it also works fine with all the precision attachments without the pole. However, when the brushes are attached with or without the pole, it starts firing off and on and it’s infuriating! It has done this since it was brand new. Every now and then, it will start working fine! But it doesn’t last long. There are no obstructions, hair, dirt or blockages and I have attempted to get support with this countless times, can anyone offer any insight? TIA!
