I have checked all parts for blockages. I have replaced the filter and replaced the battery. I have replaced the Brush bar thinking initially I had burned it out. It still does not power on with a new battery. Sometimes it will kick on for 2-3 seconds before kicking off. It is not pulsing. Just no power on either mode max or regular.
