I have purchased a new Dyson v15 detect. When I opened the box, there was a scanner to scan and register it on the app.
So, there was some issue, and I I selected the option to detect the item through camera reading the serial number on the machine.
Now this is where something different happened. With the serial number on my v15, the app registered it as V15s.
Can someone clarify this please.

Sorry to hear about this - that doesn’t sound like the outcome we’d expect when the serial number is scanned within the MyDyson
app.
