Very dissapointing / non existing customer service - V15 detectect Absolute | Dyson Community

I don’t know where to turn to anymore.

It all started when my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute got a defect and i filed a warranty claim using the digital assist feature. I was told they just needed to send me a new housing and cyclone unit. I received a confirmation mail, in which it said that they’ll send me the replacement part within a few days. After not receiving it for a bout a month and calling the hotline countless times and being placed in countless queues over and over, i was told that they couldn’t supply the part and that they would send me a whole new replacement V15! So i sent in my defective unit as demanded by an email from Dyson. That was exacly 2 months ago! 

The hotline was since contacted further countless times and every call I keep being reassured that my claim is being honored…  However I dont think person A knows what person B is doing at Dyson. 

I have now been without a vaccum cleaner for THREE MONTHS and counting!

So maybe this can finally be resolved if someone from Dyson support reads this, that is maybe a little higher up, that can move my claim along. 

Oh, I dealth with the support in germany btw, in case that helps! And the last Status number given in the last email i received is: Ihr Dyson Auftrag - 39648048
