I own several Dyson products. I purchased the Wash G1 at a local retailer and it malfunctioned during first use (the debris tray will not stay on the unit). Instead of exchanging at the retailer, I reached out to Dyson customer support, who kindly agreed to send me a new unit upon receiving my defective unit. The defective unit was delivered at the Texas location a week ago and I am now being told it will be up to 15 + 7 days before I can receive the new unit. I keep getting connected to overseas support who keep on giving me the same standard answer. I could have easily exchanged this at the local retailer that is known for its excellent customer service. Severely disappointed in Dyson and this subpar customer support. I also hope that the new unit, if it ever arrives, will actually function without issues.
