It is painfully obvious the little nib of a mount for the v-ball wheels are POORLY designed. They have broken on quite a number of vacuum heads. You are still using them on the latest model, which now costs over 1000 dollars. Can you provide a timeline when Dyson will make good on the people that have been under warranty but where unable to get a new vacuum head. When will Dyson stop using the POORLY designed V-Ball entirely?
