I have spoken to 4 customer care representatives over the last 4 days to resolve a problem of the wrong floor dock for my machine being delivered. It seems to be my fault that they didn’t supply me with an order number!
I was told by the second representative I should listen to her and not be disrespectful, which I was wasn’t. It was her who wasn’t listening to me! I hope somebody listens to the tapes, being assertive isn’t disrespectful!
