I bought the Gen5Outsize Absolute this past spring and I have tried to love it. My previous Dyson vacuum was 10 years old so I thought this was going to be great. However, overtime I hate it more every time I use it. I have one dog (lab) and one medium haired cat and it does NOT pick up hair, especially on any type of furniture and it is so frustrating. I contacted Dyson and they said there is nothing they can do, so i asked how to leave a product review, and they would not tell me! They told me I can email customer support.

I’m sorry to hear you feel your Dyson Gen5outsize™️ vacuum isn’t working effectively for your needs in this instance. This is surprising to hear, as it should have no issues tackling pet and human hair around the home/ 

Around 21 days after registering your Dyson machine via the website or the MyDyson™️ app, you should receive an email from Dyson inviting you to leave a review. This email will include a direct link to the review form.

If you’ve already registered, please check your email inbox including the junk mail folder for any communications you may have missed.
