I have recently purchased this Dyson Ball Animal from Costco - https://www.costco.co.uk/Home-Kitchen/Dyson-Ball-Animal-Upright-Vacuum-Cleaner-with-Whole-Home-Cleaning-Kit/p/9237
The box arrived today and it says it is the Dyson UP32 SILNK UK (I'm assuming this is the UP 32 model which is the £279.99 Dyson Ball Animal model on the Dyson website), however I am worried I have an older model as the box says it Dyson 2021 for the year
My questions are therefore as follows:
- Is the Dyson UP32 the Dyson Ball Animal that is £279.99 on the Dyson website?
- What are the differences between the 4 upright Dyson models? Dyson Ball Animal, Dyson Ball Animal origin, Dyson Ball Animal multi floor and Dyson Ball animal complete? Do they all have the same power/suction features?
