Hello,

I own a Dyson ball animal 2, love it, and want to replace my filter. 

However, the official filter (link below) in the US was never in stock. I checked every few weeks on your website. And I have been doing that for almost a year now. In the meantime there are a lot of knock off filters sold on Amazon. 

I don't understand how Dyson cannot create enough replacement filters that are used by almost the entire corded ball series.

When I phone call the customer support, all I was told was to click on the notify me link, which is useless as I never gotten any notifications.
