I bought a Dyson Big Ball Allergy Plus worth $700 - year ago. The carpet head attachment has stopped working completely and I have A LOT of carpets. I contacted customer service in August; they told me the part wasn’t in stock but when it was, I’d be notified and it’d be mailed to me.

Well I waited until October and still nothing. I contacted them twice and they kept saying the piece hadn’t been restocked, now, my hose was going and the general wood floor attachment SCREAMS whenever I use it. I told them this and they offered me a full exchange but that my version wasn’t in stock so they’d send me a Big Ball Total Clean that they assured me was as good as my current model.

Anyways, I said sure. They said they would arrange to have a box for my unit to be at the Purolator Center and I just needed to bring my into with the label and ship it. I drive across town to Purolator where the service agent there tells me there is no box there for my vacuum and they don’t have boxes the size I need to send the unit back. 
I’m annoyed and call Customer Service where they then tell me that apparently, Purolator had tried to begin to deliver the box but the address was flagged as wrong.

I’m confused because I had confirmed my address in my warranty profile PLUS on the phone with the customer service agent. The agent assures me they willl fix it and the new box will be in within 5-7 days. I wait 2 weeks and nothing. I call them back. They tell me AGAIN the address is wrong; that apparently the previous customer agent had put in the wrong address. I’m livid at this point and repeat my address FIVE TIMES. They assure me the box will be at my place within 2-3 days and that when I hang up, a return label will be email to me.

NOPE.

Never received the box or return label. I’m so done with this joke of a company and their 3rd party/non-English speaking agents; I just want my vacuum exchanged that I paid a ridiculous amount for. Considering the premium prices for their goods you would think they can afford to honour their warranty and hire some competent people!?

someone please help me because I’m losing my mind and I can’t even clean my place which is REALLY GETTING TO ME
