I really don’t recommend this company and their products. Maybe products itself is good but everything around that is absolutely terrible. There is my story. I ordered there product directly from this web almost a month ago and got message from parcel service that my package is on the way. After one week I look to the parcel service tracking web page and UPS didn’t get package from Dyson - so for now fine for me it is xmas time. After one week I got user manual a warranty list to the email for the product which did’t arrive - still fine for me - just small logistic issues. After another week I got email regarding survey who I’m happy with the product and a day after, another email how I’m happy with shopping experience. (on the parcel service same message - “we didn’t get package from Dyson, and still waiting) So I decided to contact customer service. A guess what: they didn’t know what happed and still repeating same sentence “we are trying to investigate your issue, please be patient for 3 days” And repeating same sentence every 3 days. The fun-fact is that I’m still getting email surveys how happy I'm with product. Now, I’m without vacuum and without money, “Perfect service” I hope that this message will be read by Mr. Dyson
