Hey guys I have a new ball 3 and after the 2nd use I noticed a loud rubbing sound coming from the right roller ball. I popped the left one off and was able to turn while inspecting and am not seeing anything caught in here. I am seeing that the wheel seems bent/deformed. Is there an easy way to take the right ball off? There is no hand turn for this side like there was on the left. Is this a common issue? Like I said this unit is brand new.
also, you can see when the vacuum is fully tilted. The ball is not able to roll at all.
I have to say, the general quality and flimsiness of this unit has me nervous. I have not dropped or banged the unit on anything, but the overall feel of it is that there is a lot of flex and flimsiness to the structural plastic used on this vacuum.
