Dyson OnTrac double tap outer earcup not consistent

Hello,

I have notice that 40% to 50% of the time double tap to change between ANC to transparency is working,

 

has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?

Firmly tapping on either of your Dyson OnTrac™️ headphones’ ear cups should allow you to switch between ANC and Transparency modes:

 

If you’re finding this doesn’t always work you may need to try tapping a little more firmly for a consistent response.
