My headphones broke and I returned them. It’s now 3 weeks plus and despite 3 calls I’m getting no answers or an exchange. And now they’ve redesigned the headphones. This customer experience is awful. I want to return the product and be done with Dyson. How do I do this? It’s so frustrating.

Welcome to the Dyson Community - I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had so far.
Just to confirm, our original Dyson Zone headphones with air purification remain part of our current lineup, and sit alongside the Dyson OnTrac headphones which are a new addition to the range.
Outside of the original returns period it wouldn’t be possible to offer a refund, but I’ll be in touch directly to take some further details, to see what may have gone wrong with the exchange process.
