Bought a AM09 hot-cold today and is showing F3 on the front when plugged in for the first time, any suggestions on how to get her going

The F3 fault code can usually be cleared with a hard reset. All you need to do is to unplug your machine from the power supply for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and test it. We’d also recommend trying another socket to see if the issue reoccurs.
