With the value of the Dyson air purifiers.
Why is the electrical cord design with a two prong straight plug and not a grounded three prong flat plug? Per recommendation; the plug should be connected directly into a wall outlet but depending if there is furniture covering the outlet, the furniture has to separate from the wall or stick out further instead of having a flat plug so the furniture can remain flush to the wall.

Good feedback! The plug is pretty meaty on ours. I suspect it’s to do with power conversion. I’d like to know if their later models have this design or the flat/standard plug you’ve mention.
