Hello,

One of my customer’s complained that their Dyson Airpurifier TP07 fan stopped working and only works when he clicks open the filter compartment or takes out the filters.

They have done all the checks like filter inserted correctly; reset the machine; reset filter, however the issue remains unresolved.

Appreciate if anyone here from Dyson Support can assist on this
