I bought my Dyson airwrap a little over 2 years ago and began experiencing issues with it randomly turning off and then a random burning smell so I called Dyson. They were nice enough to allow me to exchange the airwrap however at this point it has been 1 month since the exchange process has started and over 3 weeks since Dyson has recieved the old airwrap. I have contacted their customer service via chat, email, and phone at minimum 20 times and am always just given the run around that they are “working on it”. I understand the holiday times makes things crazy but this just seems a little ridiculous. At this rate I’m not sure if I will ever get a new device. Is anyone else experiencing issues with exchanges?
