Dyson Keeps Lying About Sending Replacement | Dyson Community

I shipped my humidifier back to Dyson and they received it on July 15. I still have the UPS label as proof. Dyson promised to send a replacement within 14 days. 

Well here we are in October and I continue to be lied to. 

“Please allow 48 working hours for process. Once the machine is released you will be notified via email as well.”

Dyson never sends an email and no replacement has ever come. 
It’s clear to me this is Dyson’s business model. They are stealing from people who’ve spent their hard earned money and think this is a reputable company who will honor the warranty and send the replacement timely.

The phone number and chat is a joke. I will never buy another Dyson product again because this company has proven to be just a bunch of thieves.
