Hey everyone, seems like a lot of people have been frustrated with Dyson customer service as of late…looks like I’m joining the crowd. 

I sent in a faulty hot+cool fan for an approved exchange and the unit was received by Dyson on March 1. Was told 10-14 business days to receive replacement from that date. At the end of the month and still nothing to show with not even tracking info for the replacement unit. 

I’ve contacted the support multiple times promising a resolution in 24-48hrs with an email with my replacement order…NONE of this has happened. There is absolutely no customer service! 

Any advice?
