NOT IMPRESSED!
I bought this unit in 2022, it lasted 8 months before the blades stopped rotating. Unit was sent back for repair another machine was sent to me since they were unable to repair it (Covid ). Six months later same issue with second machine. They upgraded the model from my original model purchased., sent me a third replacement!!
Guess what the third unit has exactly the same issue, By this time apparently the warranty had expired. The warranty is from the original date of purchase, although if a machine is this unreliable the warranty should be extended. Now machine is out of warranty let’s see how long the repair will last. I appreciate the Techs at the repair center, although the machine was out of warranty according to them, they repaired the unit without charge.
Will I buy another Dyson ? Most likely not!! at least not for $1000 US.
