Although I’m getting warm air blowing from the unit, the lower and upper areas of the air flow ar much cooler, it is not consistent warm air flow from the unit

Welcome to the community! The heating elements in your HP04 do turn on, one at a time, so this is to be expected when you first turn on the machine. If you run the purifier for 1 minute at the highest temperature setting, does that resolve the issue?
