I purchased a Dyson PH02 PureCool humidifier filter fan for $900 less than 4 years ago. It came down with a pump problem last year. After six months of trying to get them to help me with it over the Internet, they finally said to just send it to them. I sent it to Dyson for service but they returned to me unrepaired saying parts are no longer available for it. This seems terribly unreasonable given its age. Does Dyson not back their expensive products?
