I have a new hot + cool jet focus fan. Tried to register it on the website. It will not accept the serial number. I have checked the number and tried several times. Then tried to do it by telephone, as instructed, but there is no option to register. It is really a bad experience so far. Then tried to use the chat - eventually said they will get back within 30 Minutes. The pre-selectedoptions do not include an inability to register the product. Anyone know why Dyson is so difficult to deal with and what I can do? Thankyou
