I have been waiting for 20 days for my replacement to be shipped out. When I look at my account it still says picked & waiting. I cannot get any answers from customer service and each person has a different explanation. They have received the returned product, and I still have nothing in return. I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas which did not happen and received this product at the end of December to open it and it turns out it was defective. So, I followed their protocol and now tired of waiting. It’s been over 30 days since I ordered and now 20 days for my replacement.
