How to I change the cold temperature settings my white light is currently set at 28’c how to I lower the target temperature for the cold part of the fan?

Welcome to the Dyson Community!
Depending on which model of Dyson heater purifier you own, you should have a round button with a blue circle on your remote. Pressing this should activate Cooling mode, as shown in the User guide:
