I purchased a Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Gen1 HP10 in March and have used a few times.
In the app I have received a message saying it’s time to change your filter, so I a little confused.
I can’t seem to find anything online to help Me.
The filter was already in the appliance when I received it. I thought I would need to fit it myself.
On the actual appliance info screen it shows a green tick.
