We bought a Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool a couple of years back, and the 2 years warranty just expired in March. Trying to use it for the summer this year we noticed the machine stopped working after a couple of minutes we switched this on. Troubleshooting via CS wasn’t helpful so we booked a repair - just to receive an email now that the machine cannot be repaired and we’re offered a 25% (!!!) off for a new machine. This is appalling - you’d think high technologies or a established brand like Dyson would make it better than simply telling you that the £600 you spent on their product can just go to waste after 2 years. I was happy with Dyson but I’ll never buy any of their products again. I appreciate unable to repair but offering only 25% discount is a joke.
