Hi. Why does my Dyson Pure Cool Link™ TP02 purifying fan kept showing E (error) even I had unplug and plugged / filter still 82% (original)/ clean inside and outside but still getting Error.

Hi Adam. I just get a new filter but it’s the same. Can’t press anything thru the app. Also cleaned and everything.
