Hi all,
I have HP09 about 2 years now - Catalytic Filter smell has gone too bad so I had to remove to use it.
I cannot purchase this again as I cannot see this.
It this filter washable? Would it kill the function of the filter if I wash ?
I contact Dyson customer centre but it seems they have no knowledge of this.

the catalytic filter should never catch any smell, that’s very weird. I wonder if it might have reacted with something else
