The OmniGlide is driving me nuts.
I have become an expert in maintaining it and cleaning it but it still clogs up so easily, in many different ways.
How did this get past the Dyson quality assurance stage?
I see that it is no longer for sale - is this an acceptance that it wasn’t up to scratch?
I rang customer service today and they were very helpful and are sending me out replacement parts.
But I have a feeling that the problems are systematic ...
