Hi there, the Dyson V8 stick vacuum is not a 'retired' model. They are still being sold in full. However parts have not been available for months (in Australia). 

I need to replace the V8 motor head asap (it has started scratching our floors) and also need the V8 replacement battery. 

I have checked the Spares2go 'genuine parts' store on Amazon. It gets really bad reviews. 

Where can I get official replacement parts for Australia ASAP? If the vacuums are still being sold, why can't we order the parts from Dyson store?
