I have a case with Dyson since Jun and from the Agent that my Dyson main body need to be replaced because I tested all things and it keeps shut off within 2~3 sec and after 4 to 5 times, it work like normal. Until now, I still waiting for the replacement but my warranty will expire soon. So I checked with support team and they did the same thing and provide me another ticket number for the main body. I am wondering why need to create a new ticket for the same case and why still not able to get this fix. I love to use it but now it hates to work for me.
