Time Zone

When I try to set up scheduling on my Pure Cool Link, the app tells me that the unit is not synchronized with the app in the same time zone. I have set the time zone correctly in the app. How can I get this set correctly? As it is I can’t use scheduling.

Thanks for posting a question. 

As I suspect this isn't something our other members have experienced, I thought it best to respond directly. 

The only scenario in which I am aware of where this has occurred previously, is where there is a regional mismatch between the devices regional settings and that of what has been chosen in the Dyson App. 

For example, if you have chosen your devices region to be ‘Singapore (GMT+8)’ and the Dyson App is set to ‘Beijing (GMT+8)’. 

Could I request that you double check your devices and the Dyson App region and ensure that these match?
