Paid £400 for these for my partners Christmas present started losing charge very rapidly within the 2 year warranty . Dyson replaced them last year and the same has happened again, they last for about 7 minutes I have been in touch with Dyson and they have told me that because they have already replaced them that the warranty has run out. So 2 new products have not lasted 4 years (that’s 2 years each in my book )  Very expensive poor product followed by poor service. Apparently they can’t be repaired either, absolutely shocking.
