Dyson V10 does not charge

Hi

First of all I have to apologise if there are faults in language and grammar,

This is caused because I am german.

my V10 cleaner does not charge always. Sometimes if the plug of the charger is inserted into the socketon the V10 the blue lights do not flash. If I wiggle the plug several times it starts charging.

so it seems that the socket at the unit is defective, I checked visually but there is nothing to be seen.

maybe someone does know how to fix this problem.!

It sounds as if your Dyson Cyclone V10™ vacuum’s battery and charger pin aren’t always making contact correctly, as you’ve described. So a replacement battery or a replacement charger assembly should resolve this issue and allow you to consistently recharge your machine.
