Hi

I have  used my new dyson wash g1 for the first time today, and here are a few things i noticed: 

1) it didnt glide on our non slippery tiles as compared to our smoother bathroom tiles. There was definitely friction creating that sound when i moved it backwards, or if i moved it forwards a little quickly. Concerned with the resistance…

2) the debris tray was pretty wet when i pulled it out after cleaning, so the debris just wouldn't slide off to the trash bin. I just think it shouldnt have been that wet. 

3) too many hair tangled on all the rollers. I knew there would be few as i have used other brands so was expecting some...but this was scaringly too much. 

P.s: i am a dyson fan. I already have dyson vacuum and im very satisfied with its performance even after 4 years. I was very excited to get this mop machine. Long story, but the crux is I returned another brand to get this one this week. I know it cant be this dissapointing, so im looking at it as a problem that can be fixed. Looking forward to some responses here.
