WashG1 - Leaking water tank when not in use

Hi,

I’ve noticed that my G1’s clean water tank leaks if I don’t empty the tank after each use. I thought I’d gone mad the first time I came to use it and the tank was empty, but just now I noticed a massive puddle of water in the cupboard.

Is this supposed to happen? Am I supposed to be emptying the clean tank after every use?

Thanks

Hi @petehannam,

Welcome to the Dyson Community, and congratulations on your new Dyson WashG1™️ wet floor cleaner!

As you’ve mentioned, we’d recommend emptying both the clean and dirty water tanks and the debris tray after each cleaning session is finished, before you store your machine.
